What an AI video replaces, and what it doesn’t
AI makes possible shots you wouldn’t have the budget to film. It can’t show your real product for you. Here is where the line is.

Do you have to say it’s AI?
It depends on what the video shows. YouTube asks you to disclose it for a realistic scene that never happened, or for a real person made to say something. Not for a clearly imaginary world, nor for subtitles. Each network has its own rules.
In Europe, Article 50 of the AI Act also regulates deepfakes. Monaco is not in the European Union: ask a professional what applies to you.
What about rights?
Under French law, a work must bear the imprint of its author, according to the law firm Gide. For a fully generated shot, protection is therefore far from obvious: don’t count on it being exclusive to you.
We assign to you by contract the rights we hold. Your name and your mark are protected by registering a trademark.

Can I use the video in paid advertising?
Yes, it is designed for social media and advertising. The advertising budget is not included in our price, and we don’t promise views.
