What exactly does MONAI do?
MONAI creates four things for businesses in France and Monaco: apps, websites, logos and visual identities, and marketing videos. Every deliverable is checked and approved before it reaches you.
Is the quality the same as with a traditional agency?
We aim for the same professional standard: tests on real screens, clean files, proofreading. You can judge it from the first version, before delivery.
What happens to a document I give you?
Tell us before we start if a document is confidential: we won’t put it through an external tool without your consent. For everything else, we can tell you on request which tools are used and what their terms say.
Prices and timelines
How much does a project cost?
Each offer has a price listed on the Pricing page, with its timeline and number of revision rounds. If your need falls outside that, you receive a written price before work begins.
Why is it cheaper than a traditional agency?
Because our production method requires fewer hours to bill. We do not give a percentage of savings, because it depends on the quote being compared.
How quickly do you deliver?
The timeline for each offer is on the Pricing page, and it is confirmed in writing before we start. It assumes that you send your material and your feedback on time.
Is there a subscription?
No subscription is imposed: creations are paid for once. If you wish, our monthly maintenance includes hosting and one small update per month.
Ownership and rights
Do I own what you deliver?
We assign to you by contract the rights we hold over the deliverables, and we hand over the files and access. The domain and accounts are in your name, and so is the hosting, unless you take our monthly maintenance. If protecting a creation matters to you, talk to a professional.
Can I change provider afterwards?
Yes. You keep the code, the files and the access, and nothing ties you to us after delivery.
Google and AI answers
Do you guarantee a position on Google?
No. Nobody controls Google’s rankings. We deliver a clean, clear website with useful content, and we tell you what to do next.
Will ChatGPT or other assistants mention me?
We can’t promise that. We make their job easier with clear pages, verifiable facts and accurate structured data. Nothing obliges an assistant to cite you.
Do you publish client reviews?
Only if they are real and authorised. We don’t write fake reviews, and we don’t add a rating to your structured data without real reviews to back it up.
In practice
Do you work everywhere in France and Monaco?
Yes. Everything is done remotely, in writing and by video call if needed. You don’t have to travel.
What should I prepare before writing to you?
Nothing complicated: your business, what you want to achieve, and what you already have. If you have a deadline, mention it.
What if the result does not suit me?
The revision rounds included in the offer are there for corrections. If the result is still far from what was written at the start, we talk and look for a solution. The exact terms are in the quote.
