Frequently asked questions
Will my website be first on Google?
Nobody can promise that, and we don’t. We deliver a technically clean website, with useful content and a clear structure. Ranking then depends on your competition, your reputation and time.
How long does it take to build a website?
Allow at least 2 days for a one-page site, 4 days for a showcase site and 1.5 weeks for an online shop, plus the time you need for your reviews. It grows with the number of pages and features, and it is confirmed in writing before we start.
Can I edit my website myself?
It depends on what you want to edit. We discuss it before choosing the technology: a static website is very fast but is updated on request, while an editing tool leaves you in control but needs more maintenance.
Who owns the domain name?
You do. The domain is always registered in your name. With our monthly maintenance, the domain and hosting costs are included. If you change provider, you keep everything.
What do I need to provide to get started?
A description of your business, your contact details and opening hours, your logo if you have one, and your real photos. We write a first draft of the text, which you review: only you can confirm what is accurate.
